codeSlinger is fairly stable, but is still under development. Some features, such as FTP support are incomplete. This program has been tested primarily under Windows 2000 and Windows XP. Some Linux testing has been done, but if anyone is interrested in assisting in Linux testing, please contact me.

codeSlinger is distributed under the GNU General Public License. codeSlinger's Java Debugger tool uses JSwat (also available under the GPL).
